OUR BOARDING SERVICES
Each guest has their own private space with solid walls between other dogs. During the summer we use central air conditioning to keep your pet comfortable and forced air heat during the winter. The air in the building is exchanged four times an hour to reduce the spread of respiratory infections and every dog must have proof of current vaccines and parasite control. All dogs are individually exercised in large pens or leash walked on the lawn multiple times a day.
During our regular hours we prefer to meet clients by appointment for drop off and pick up .

The Kennel House LLC was founded in 1964 as Country Cousin's Kennels by Mernie Hollinger and Melba Jackson. They purchased the century home and farm land then built the kennel. When they retired and moved to Arizona the kennel was sold to Jack and Barbara Carmany. The Carmany's raised and showed Sealyham Terriers for many years as well as operated the boarding kennel. My parents, Jeff and Laura Glass purchased it in 1989. I started helping my parents in the kennel when I was nine years old and grew to love the dogs and their families as though they were my own. When the decision was made to close the kennel in 2009 I decided to purchase it. It took a year for me to be able to do so, but my dream finally happened. I hope to continue offering excellent care for your pets giving you peace of mind while you're away.
I decided to change the name to The Kennel House because that is what I always called it as a child.

Recent changes to the kennel include the addition of central air with an air exchange system that replaces the air four times an hour. This helps keep the dogs comfortable during the hot summer months and reduces the chance of respiratory infections. We also replaced the old four foot security fence with a six foot fence. Large play yards with artificial turf were also added.

Stefani cares about the dogs and is diligent in responding to and providing feedback on them whenever you want to check in on them. The price cannot be beat and the services she provides go well beyond what you pay for.
